We remain open for all International arrivals and departures. When making your reservation be sure to include your flight information so we can hold your reservation and vehicle up to two hours after your flight arrives.

A valid credit card in your name is required for all rentals. At the time of rental a security deposit will be charged to your credit card which is refunded at the end of the rental period if no damages occurred.

We do not have a drop box at any of our locations. In the case of early departures, be sure to provide your flight information at time of pickup to ensure an agent will be available.

In Belize, we drive on the right hand side. We do have one unique law that requires vehicles turning to the left on the highways to pull off to the right-hand shoulder and allow vehicles coming from the front and rear to pass before turning (indicator must be used).

Call the police, If another vehicle is involved gather information from the other party including drivers name and contact information. Insurance Company and Vehicle license should be displayed on the windshield.

Many of our vehicles are equipped with 4-wheel or all-wheel drive but none of our vehicles are permitted offroad with the exception of unpaved government maintained roads leading to the resorts and official attractions.
